At Addhish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Item received is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Item does not match the product description or images on the website
  • Item is missing parts or accessories as described
  • Item is of significantly poor quality
  • Unused and unworn items in original packaging with all tags intact

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Digital products, software, and downloadable items
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Intimate apparel and hygiene products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

How to Initiate a Return

    Log in to your account

    Go to My Orders and select the order you want to return.

    Request a return

    Click on "Return Item" and select the reason for your return. Upload photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. 3

    Get approval

    Our team reviews your return request within 24–48 hours and approves eligible returns.

  4. 4

    Pack the item

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  5. 5

    Schedule pickup or drop-off

    We arrange a free pickup for defective/wrong items. For other returns, you may need to drop the item at the nearest courier partner.

  6. 6

    Receive your refund

    Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Methods

Original Payment Method

Credit/debit card refunds are processed back to the same card. UPI/wallet refunds go back to the source account.

Processing Time

5–7 business days after return verification. Bank processing may take additional 2–3 days.

COD Orders

Cash-on-delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your provided account details.

Partial Refunds

If only part of an order is returned, a proportionate refund is issued for the returned items.
